I understand that The Sexuality & Recovery Online Workshop Series is not a substitute for psychotherapy and participants in the workshop are not clients of Michelle Mays, PartnerHope, LLC, or Relational Recovery Inc., unless a separate therapeutic relationship has been established.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Michelle Mays, PartnerHope, LLC, and/or Relational Recovery, Inc. be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from any claim (including any cause of action sounding in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or products liability) arising out of the use by you of the Sexuality & Recovery Online Workshop Series even if Michelle Mays, PartnerHope, LLC, and/or Relational Recovery, Inc. have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability of Michelle Mays, PartnerHope, LLC, and/or Relational Recovery, Inc. to you for any cause whatsoever will be no greater than the price paid to Michelle Mays, PartnerHope, LLC, and/or Relational Recovery, Inc. under this agreement for the Sexuality & Recovery Online Workshop Series or any part thereof. The foregoing limitations and exclusions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity

I agree to indemnify Michelle Mays, PartnerHope, LLC, and/or Relational Recovery Inc. from any and all judgments, liability, damages, penalties, losses and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which may be suffered or assumed by or obtained against Michelle Mays, PartnerHope, LLC, and/or Relational Recovery, Inc, their successors, licensees, and assigns that may occur as a result of my download, or use of the Sexuality & Recovery Online Workshop Series or any part thereof.
